You may have read how Itasca Pride got pushback for their first ever Pride event this June from people who wanted to "protect the children." Spread the word about this fundraising event so love can overcome hate.

Itasca Pride faced protests this year in Grand Rapids, MN. We're responding to hate with love with a special screening of "How Love Won" on Oct 11 in Grand Rapids.

Community members, law enforcement officers, and education activists spoke on Feb. 13 at a House Public Safety Finance and Policy committee meeting. Young people will be providing a new perspective in reporting on the legislature this session as part of a project between The UpTake and Bridgemakers.
