Murals in Dan Patch park at the 2026 MN state fair.
Absolutely resonated with these 4 paintings. Ive been moving through this world filled with emotions and realizations that are allowing me to feel whole.
The first painting reminds me of all the magical and wonder I had lost within myself. This year I have been finding myself and my purpose again. Through creativity and falling back on the happiness I found in child like wonder.
The second painting directly relates to one of my favorite movies growing up, The Road to Eldorado. Which I have been actively going through the motions of moving towards. This correlates to a dream that I had in 2010, that story is not quite ready yet. Parts are still unfolding.
The 3rd mural gives me hope for what is yet to come. Through all the realizations, trauma and experiences I have gone through I know there is a light at the end of all of this. We do not need to know everything in the moment. You dont know what you know until you know it.
And the last one solidifies how amazing this life can be when you put yourself first. Though all the hardships the thing that has kept me going was a wish I made durring the 2024 eclipse. Watching my dreams unfold 16 years after I began writing them down has been miraculous. Everything happens for a reason, yet we have to choose to see those reasons. Disect them to understand what has been in front of us all along. The beliefs that hold us back or propel us forward. There is no rush. We get to where we are going and the time it takes to get there is important. The lessons I learned nearly broke me, however I understand that I was the one who created them for myself.
We all did.
Everything that has ever happened to you was done for you, by you. And when you realize how it has shaped you into the person you are today it allows you to be free.
Forgive yourself. Forgive the people who wronged you because it was all agreed upon before we arrived. When you forgive yourself you can release the negative and make space for what was always ment for you.
Enjoy the week, you deserve peace.
