Beautiful women. Amazing Women.
If you are preparing to be pregnant, are pregnant or someday would love to have children, please listen.

Our society is based on fear. But birth should not be a thing to be freeared. birth is sacred. it is an initiation into woman hood like no other and our society is actively "cutting the cord" so to speak of the grandest experience you will ever have in your life.

You are made for this. Your body is designed for this. You are NOT sick. You are magnificent and divine and can have the most EPIC painless, gorgeous childbirth experience that ever was... if you choose that.

YOU hold the power of this choice and the outcome. YOU have the body that is going to create an entire life from a few cells. Your body knows. Let it do its job to the absolute best!

The way we birth is creating our society. make no mistake this is VERY important.

Age.

Traditionally, in the patriarchy, older women are shunned and cancelled in every way. Why do you think that is??????

Because older women have power. They know thier value and depths and they own it all without question. They've already been where you are right now. They lived more years, more experiences, more life and survived.

Listen up younguns, have you not seen The Substance? You really should. Because you will be "old" one day sooner than you think and the shade you throw toward older women will be yours before you know it. Then what?

A young woman said something to me the other day in passing and it was so extremely rude and passive aggressive that it didn't even register until later. She said, "But I'm young." Like it was some sort of badge of honor and that somehow she was worth more than me becasue of it. Did she just say that to me?! It was not only rude but also deeply patriarchal coming from a proclaimed feminist.

Youth is not a trophy. It's just part of the journey. I was young too once. Been there, done that, and all that goes with it!

Aging men are still valued more than aging women and women are part of that problem. Because we still believe that too, as this young woman so eloquently revealed to me.

I suggest honoring the wisdom of your elders and giving respect always. None of us gets out of here alive and youth is a flash in the pan. When you are hating on women who are older, wrinkling and aging, you are actually hating on yourself. Becasue at the very deepest level, she IS YOU.

Go watch The Substance. This is one brilliant movie. Demi should have the Oscar for that performance. She was stellar in that role.

And remember, she is you. By dishonoring her, you are only revealing your own self loathing. Don't allow the patriarchy to continue the trafficking of "youth". You younger women have the power to stop it. It's only when we buy into this lie of youth that we are removed of our rightful seat on the throne of Queendom. When you dis and older woman, you are dissing your future self.

I say this with so much love to all you Amazing Women of all ages! Honor every phase of your journey with love and gratitude for this precious life you have been given. Honor the older women in your life with kindness, respect and reverance. Lift them up! You are headed there.

What you are remembering as a woman is that you are SO powerful.

This can feel like a mix of anger, fear, resentment and even grief from all the oppression you have endured.

But hear this. It's time to step into full ownership of ALL of it. The anger will only shift when you feel it. The grief will only shift if you allow it to move through you.

Lay on the floor, cry scream pound your fists, let it out! Undersatanding the depth and breadth of who YOU are is at the very center of sovereignty. The ability to hold more frequency in the body is what these things do for you! Hold more light.

Activating the next level. The ascention! Let it all go. Step into a brand new world. I am so excited to be here on Earth as we move through this shift together.

The thing to remember is that you yourself hold all the power to become and shift reality with ease and flow.

You just need to get back into your pure imagination.

Limit the watching and listening to others and embrace the connecting to your own higher visions and thoughts with flow directly from source.
No you do not need to meditate every day or do some deep ritual to connect. You are innately connected, you just need to listen in every moment to the nuances and pulses of yourself.

In a world full of sensual chatter this certainly can be a challenge, but if you just tune into your own being. You will find all of your answers. Right there. Within you.

Bring awareness to each moment. Take a breath with full awareness. Wake up! Be aware! Not of the world around you, but of YOU within the world.

Nothing is truly private. Your life, is coagulated light. You have a light body that is an impression of your entire life and everything you’ve done. Like a movie. And all the other beings can see it, and watch the show, of YOU!

Don’t be naïve enough to think that you have any sort of privacy. Your particular movie is being broadcast loud and clear every word every hair every nuance every thought. Don’t think twice about it.

On one hand, you’re very unique, and on the other hand, you’re not so special. And that’s the beauty of this life. We are each uniquely common and most likely whatever you think say and do is quite similar to whatever somebody else think says and does. And it’s not gonna matter if AI is listening. It already knows.

X——Embracing Your Power

When I was young, I used to LOVE puzzles. LOVE! I would spend hours working them out, piece by piece. Over the years, the puzzles I would get would have smaller and smaller pieces as I challenged myself more and more. But there was one thing that would happen occasionally that would cause me to really lose my mind. A missing piece! I would work days, sometimes weeks on a puzzle and get to the very end, nearly complete, only to find out that there was a piece missing!!! ARRGG! The entire puzzle was basically trash! Oh, I can feel the frustration still!
Now imagine our world, our universe, God's creation. Each and every one of us, each and every being, is a piece to this vast, dynamic puzzle of the universe. Without one piece, the puzzle cannot be finished. Realize that you are an important piece, one of the many, yes, but absolutely necessary for the whole picture. And you have been given free will to create your dynamic piece and to interweave it with all the other pieces.
Many people are unaware that we actually have this power, that our words, our thinking, create. We go about our day with blinders on, like little, terrible two-year-olds, wrecking the place, saying whatever pops into our minds, unaware of the harm that we are causing. Unaware of the consequences. And when bad things show up, we are possibly thinking "That's not my fault!" and we point fingers all around.
Newsflash. It is your fault. Your world is your fault. Your responsibility. How you choose to see and think and create your world is your dynamic puzzle piece. Your choice! You can wreak havoc or create peace. Create your life by being truthful with yourself, listening to your heart. Create with kindness for others, your fellow beings, who are also needed puzzle pieces, are also creating.
Your life has been put into your hands, a gift. You have been given the power to create with your choices. It is such an amazing power, choice. But know that what you allow others to do in your sphere is also a choice! You can create rules and boundaries for your sphere, you can create a place of joy, where only those who are joyful are allowed, or you can create turmoil, which will attract others who are in turmoil. Or you can choose to be a haven, where others can gain something. It truly is a game. One that was created for us to play, that we create on this material level.
Each and every word that you think, that comes out of your mouth is creating your puzzle pieces, your dynamic interconnected sphere of a piece. We are all connected, to each other, to the earth, and to the universe. If we can begin to create our sphere with kindness to ourselves and one another, we can together change the picture of our entire puzzle from a dark and violent scene, to a scene of peace and joy, connectivity, and fulfillment. One by one, sphere by sphere, kindness by kindness.
You were given this power, it's part of the game. Choice. Choose wisely. Game on!
