AuAutoNation USA St. Louisow sits at a reputation score of 882 and on our way to 900 which will be national record for our brand!!!
When our leadership team took over in March, the reputation score was 623. We had 3 sales associates, 2 finance managers, 2 vehicle buyers, and 0 sales managers.
Today I am proud to say that we have 10 sales associates, 3 finance managers (1 being a finance director), 4 vehicle buyers (top purchasing team in the country), and 3 sales managers, and all ready to serve our customers at the HIGHEST LEVEL EVER!
We had a TON of doubters that just fueled the fire for our team to continue to prove themselves day in and day out.
I have a lot of people reaching out about employment on social media and Linkedin, but here's the things, we have a culture unlike anywhere and are very selective about who we select for our team. We give a service to our customers and provide an experience that is hands down the best and it takes consistent drive each day for that to happen so if you reach out to us, please know that we are very selective and must hire the right fit for our team and culture.
