This is due to the remarkable age of the tobaccos, which bring out the aroma to perfection. The medium-intense cigar opens with notes of caramel and wood. Subtle citrus notes balance the sweetness and are complemented by a delicious creaminess. Over the course of the toro, it gains a more fruity character, paired with flavours of leather and roasted nuts, all the while still accompanied by creaminess from the beginning. In the final third, the lingering creaminess is paired with notes of dark chocolate, while the previous dried fruit flavours are still present as well. The Oro Blanco Special Reserve 111 Years is crafted by Master Roller supervisors with at least 20 years’ experience, and is only released once the Master Blenders have deemed it ready to be enjoyed.
