🔬 Ashley Malin’s fluoride research is earning national attention.
📍 At University of Florida’s FABB Lab, she studies fluoride’s links to brain health.
📊 Her 2023–24 LA studies found pregnant women’s fluoride levels similar to past studies tied to lower IQ — and linked high levels to more neurobehavioral issues in kids.
🏅 Her work was named a 2024 “Paper of the Year” by the NIH’s environmental health institute — 1 of 30 out of 3,200. It’s now cited in the National Institutes of Health (NIH)'s own fluoride fact sheet.

Meet Ashley Malin, the University of Florida researcher at the center of Florida’s fluoride fight.
