THE CHURCH'S SECRET STRENGTH
Our world is exhausted by division, quick tempers, and culture wars. In such a climate, what does it mean for the church to be a people of peace?

Jesus’ parable of the wise and foolish bridesmaids points us to the answer: patience. True disciples are prepared for the long wait, the long game of enduring love. Paul and Timothy lived it, and Christ Himself embodied it as He bore with sinners like us.

This Sunday we bring our Cultivating Peace series to a close with a message on Patience and the Peacemaking Ministry of the Church. Together we’ll discover how patience, joined with kindness, is not passivity but powerful spiritual warfare—the very way God advances His kingdom.

Come be equipped to witness to the Prince of Peace in a world torn by strife.

WHEN JESUS REFUSES OUR POLITICS!
These days, politics feels like a blood sport. Red vs. blue. Left vs. right. We’re told to choose sides, defend our agenda, and see the “other” as the enemy.

But what happens when Jesus refuses to play by those rules?
In John 6, the crowds wanted to draft Jesus into their movement, to make Him king by force. He walked away. He would not be their partisan champion. Instead, He revealed a politic of His own—a kingdom not built on violence or power plays, but on peace, truth, and self-giving love.

This Sunday we continue our series Cultivating Peace: A Witness of Reconciliation in a World of Division with The Politics of the Prince of Peace. Come hear why Jesus doesn’t fit our categories and how His politic of peace is the only one that lasts forever.

FEARLESS LOVE IN A FEAR-FILLED WORLD
Fear surrounds us. Fear of loss. Fear of strangers. Fear of the future. Left unchecked, it enslaves us—shaping our choices, our relationships, even our faith. But Jesus offers something radically different: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

This Sunday we continue our series Cultivating Peace: A Witness of Reconciliation in a World of Division with a message titled “The Fearlessness Required for a Community of Shalom.” We’ll see how the Gospel frees us from the fear of death, the fear of lack, and the fear of strangers—so that we can walk together in fearless love.

Join us as we explore how perfect love casts out fear, and how the church can become a community of shalom in an anxious world.

THE CHURCH AS A COMMUNITY OF SHALOM
“What do we do now?”—an ever present question for believers!
When the disciples first realized Jesus was the Messiah… when they saw Him crucified… when He ascended into heaven—they were left wondering, “Now what?”

We find ourselves asking that same question today. With the world fractured, the church often distracted, and our witness sometimes dim, what are we supposed to do now?

Jesus gives us a clear and costly answer: we are called to live as a community of shalom—a people who show the world a different way to live where His kingdom and righteousness are sought above all things… and often at a great cost.

Join us this Sunday as we continue our series Cultivating Peace: A Witness of Reconciliation in a World of Division with a message on The Church as a Community of Shalom. Come ready to seek, to be challenged, and to be renewed in Christ’s calling for His people.
