The 2025 MLB All-Star Week was a grand slam, and CP Communications couldn’t be prouder of our incredible 36-person all-star crew. Supporting our partners: FOX Sports, ESPN, MLB Network, Sirius XM Radio, Jesse Collins Entertainment, and Van Wagner. ⚾🎦

We deployed an impressive tech lineup: 16 RF Cameras with paint control and return video, wireless return video monitors, wired and wireless POV cameras, 191 wireless communications packs, 150 two-way radios, numerous wired and wireless microphones for on-air talent, roving reporters, field effects, and specialty microphones for player mics, in-ground effect and base mics. IFB and IEM’s CBRS Private Cellular Network, bonded cellular cameras, and signal transport, spectrum management, and frequency coordination were all used in coverage of: HBCU Game, MLB Draft, ASG Media Day, Pat McAfee Show, MLB Futures Game, Celebrity Softball, ESPN BBTN, Home Run Derby, All Star Red Carpet, All Star Game, and all the entertainment surrounding the events.

CP Communications is once again proud to deliver RF video & audio solutions for the live coverage of the 2025 NBA Draft broadcast held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. 🏀🎦

The deployment featured 10 RF video systems comprising 7 RF Sony handhelds, 1 RF Steadicam, and 1 RF link for a Sony P50 mounted on a Ronin rig; all fully integrated with remote camera control capabilities.

In addition, CP provided all RF audio equipment for the main broadcast during the first two rounds which consisted of Shure Axient Mics, Shure In Ear Monitors, and a large-scale Pliant Crewcom system with 44 packs to cover all the main comms needs.

Thank you to our RF video team that included Alex Alleva, John Mureddu, Chris Stramacchia, and Shane Segreti, who ensured high-quality broadcast ex*****on across the arena.

Another successful collaboration! CP Communications and Red House Streaming, alongside the Ohlmeyer Kusserow Group (OKG), delivered broadcast and technical support for the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Fields Ranch East in Frisco, Texas. 🏌️‍♀️

Their coverage included the utilization of Bonded Cell units, leverage of CP’s and Red House’s Flight HD powered remote production unit operated from the St. Petersburg headquarters by Justin Stancil and Zack Vick.

CP Communications was at the 2025 Belmont Stakes at Saratoga Race Course to support our partners at FOX Sports and NYRA (New York Racing Association). CP continued to push the envelope of technology deploying a CBRS Private Wireless Network (PWN) to support start gate PTZ POVs, camera returns, and ENG cam backhauls. 🏇

A more traditional approach was used for all audio, video and communications around the track, paddock, stables, compound and fan experience areas. Shure Axient Digital Microphones, Shure IEM/IFBs, Quantum 5x jockey mics, WisyComm-based DAS, Various track EFX mics, Riedel Bolero Wireless Intercom, Fiber Cable and support; Proprietary RFoF COFDM coverage ensured 1080p/59.94 HDR for: 3 handheld cameras, 2 Steadicams, 2 point-to-point Flycams, 1 helicopter cam, complete camera control, and event frequency coordination.

On May 17, 2025, CP Communications delivered cutting-edge RF video solutions for the exciting season opener of the WNBA Indiana Fever vs. Chicago Sky at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. 🏀 🎥

We utilized a Wave Central RF Video Link for use on a Sony A1 mirrorless camera paired with a Ronin rig provided by Faction Media, along with ASI switching and CP’s RF over Fiber system for extended coverage. On-site technical support provided reliability throughout the event.

The game set a new viewership record, averaging 2.7 million viewers and peaking at 3.1 million, making it the most-watched WNBA game in 25 years. Feeling honored that we provided RF video solutions for a record breaking event!

From April 24th -27th, CP Communications, in collaboration with Ohlmeyer Kusserow Group (OKG), delivered top-tier coverage of the ACC Men’s Golf Championship in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Olde Stone. ⛳🏆

The production featured 5 handheld cameras, 1 DSLR, and 1 CamStream, delivering dynamic coverage enhanced by on-site talent and effects audio. The final product was sent back to the venue for big-screen distribution, ensuring an engaging audience experience.

OKG leveraged Red House Streaming’s Studio A for ACC Men’s Golf coverage, ensuring professional quality across TV networks and OTT platforms. Additionally, CP Communications’ Spark and Flight HD powered remote production from St. Pete’s headquarters, delivering high-quality transmission and workflow efficiency.
