"Branding is like dating. Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
Except in branding; you can ghost your competition."
From experience, this hits deep. I was guilty of following fake gurus, mimicking what worked for others. But authenticity is key. Find your voice, your style. Practice, even if it feels awkward at first. Take it one step at a time; perfection isn't what people want. They crave authenticity, realness.
Don't fall for the clickbait promises of quick success in spare hours. It's a journey, hours of setup, system refinement, content creation. Perfectionism can be paralyzing. Group tasks, streamline processes, but know it's a continuous learning curve.
Digital marketing demands hard work. I've never been more passionate, despite the challenges. It's about embracing the process, learning, adapting. The more I learn, the more I want to learn. Success requires effort, dedication, and being true to yourself. Just when you think you have it all figured out or are at least on the right track, then you find a better app or way of doing something that will make it more streamlined and the process faster, and you find yourself back at the beginning stages.
Starting is scary, especially facing the camera. But authenticity shines through. Embrace the journey, put in the work, and heck- just surprise yourself. The courses provide a foundation, but your dedication and authenticity will lead to success. That's why I want to share what I learned or figured out, and show that this is do-able. I love to try and get you to see the why, why something is done this way. I always remember it better when I know the why. Getting you to the "aha moments".
What's your biggest fear about starting? Is it the camera that intimidates you?
