A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Sanitation Team

We recently received a touching message from a St. Robert resident who shared a sweet story about her two-year-old son and his weekly excitement to see our sanitation crew in action.

Every Thursday, he waits by the window to hear the trash truck rumble down the street. Without fail, our hardworking crew waves, honks, and even shares a fist bump. It brings pure joy to this little boy and his family. His mom told us, “To say it makes his day is an understatement. They are bringing joy to a little boy and by extension, his mom and dad too… Thank you for doing more than just your job.”

We are incredibly proud of our City of St. Robert employees, especially our sanitation team, for going above and beyond. This is just one example of the many ways our staff serve with heart, care, and pride every single day. Their commitment does more than keep our city running. It creates meaningful moments that truly matter.

To our employees, thank you. And to all our residents who take the time to share these stories, thank you for reminding us of the power of simple kindness.
