In this episode we learn from Carl Lewallen who is a lifetime athlete and outdoorsman. This combo has led him to have a great understanding of outdoor nutrition and the things your body needs to thrive while climbing mountains like an animal! Carl's life has led him to now work with Rec Pac, a convenient and lightweight meal replacement for athletes and outdoorsmen. We also talk a lot about: Blacktail Hunting, the Oregon Sportspack Slam, Lighting Strikes in the Woods, and how to fuel your body in the outdoors.

Need some encouragement? Gage and Bryant are putting on a men's event at their church in Salem that will be a great time for men to get together and talk about biblical manhood and to learn what it means to follow Jesus and lead our friends and families to Jesus.
Salem First Church of the Nazarene, Saturday, October 4th (opening day of Rifle Buck). Go hunt in the morning, then come out for BBQ dinner at 5:30pm. Childcare avalible, and a women's event happening at the same time.
