Matt Hagan has served as a law enforcement officer for 25 years, spending much of his career responding to violent and sexual crimes.

After a particularly traumatic case, Matt realized he and other first responders needed to de-stigmatize mental healthcare. He offers customized training for those involved in traumatic and the free podcast Off the Ground to help first responders and others understand the impact of , address it head on, and lead healthier, happier lives.
