Meanwhile in Canada, an "Assault Van" was used to kill 10 people. When will this stop when will we see the day when these dangerous vans are taken off the streets?

The extent of the injuries isn’t confirmed after the van struck up to ten people on Yonge St. near Finch Ave, Toronto. It is not yet clear whether the incident was an accident or intentional.
