I have a story to share but i feel the need to preface it by saying, I am not at all a superstitious person. Lol

This listing was priced well and my clients did such a great job getting it market ready. We went live and they went 3 weeks without a single showing.😳So my sellers decided to buy a St.Joseph statue & they buried it per the instructions. (see link below for the details behind this tradition)

I of course have no idea about any of this. I received a call at 8am that very next morning with a showing request. They then tell their neighbors about this as they had been trying unsuccessfully to sell their RV for the last 8 months, so they also bought a statue. Guess what…both are now SOLD! 🙌🏻 My clients also got through the inspection period without any repairs or concessions being asked for! 👏🏼 

So for one last time, “Thanks St.Joe!” While I think it was likely just ironic timing, we all found it very entertaining & I certainly am very grateful if there was divine intervention involved in the sale!
