Do you remember when the market was so hot that nearly every house had 5+ offers and most buyers were having to pay $20k+ over asking to get an offer accepted?🥵 It was pure madness, so stressful & I am very grateful those days are gone.

Instead, our buyers this year have been able to negotiate some really amazing deals. These for example…

1) $35k Under Asking Price
2) $20k Seller Credit
3) The Seller is paying for a New Roof
4) $24k under asking price and the sellers had just done a $40k price reduction.

Another buyer last month received a $25k seller closing cost credit too! (This money can be used for pre-paid expenses, to buy down the interest rate, less cash to close etc.)

Interest rates are a little higher right now but these buyers will be able to refinance once they do go down. They were all able to sleep on their decisions, tour lots of homes & made the slower market conditions work in their favor! 🙌
