Good Evening,
We will be incorporating a "stairs" policy into all contracts moving forward. It is unreasonable to ask the vendor with the heaviest and most equipment to setup upstairs. There will be an option to pay an additional $500 (to cover additional labor)if you insist that we be up stairs. If you do not agree to pay the fee or make better accomodations we will simply refuse the event or terminate the contract.
