Feeling extra grateful for everything I have today.

With the weather cooling off, it’s officially zoo weather!!!
And you know I had to put you on to the best zoo we’ve ever been to!!
The Henry Doorly zoo in Omaha Nebraska is 11/10!
You could easily spend 2 days here!!!
Make sure to wear your walking shoes cause this zoo is massive!!!!

My favorite areas were the desert and the rainforest!!

Giving you some hope today.

I want to tell you something…..
3 weeks ago I was at one of the lowest points of my life.
A terrible car wreck left me depressed, broke and lost.
No idea where to go from here…. But I knew I couldn’t stay there, depressed, not taking care of myself……
So I started showing up again.
Cooking every meal at home again, going to Pilates / the gym, and hustling my way back to financial stability.
And most importantly, my morning journal session became something to look forward to.
Because when I would wake up and journal, it gave me hope that I can still show up for myself.
Those journals helped me realize a few things about myself.
And that realization brought clarity.

Every day you choose to show up for yourself, it builds trust. Trust that you can do hard things.

I hope you take a moment today, to tell yourself good job.
