📚 Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (KOHA)
In California, children entering public school for the first time in kindergarten or first grade must complete the KOHA. It’s a simple way to make sure your child is ready for a healthy start.

Here’s how to get it done early and stress-free:
• Look for the KOHA form from your child’s school. 🏫
• Schedule a dental visit as soon as possible. 🗓️
• Ask your Medi-Cal dentist to complete the KOHA form during the appointment.
• Return the completed form to your child’s school.
