Valentine’s Day meal a week early. Ribeye, smoked lobster tail, grilled “shrimp hearts” on a skewer, shrimp cocktail, with asparagus and yellow rice. Shrimp and lobster from Brothers Seafood in Wingate. It was awesome!

Also thanks to David, Holly and Ruby for their help on the serving line. Macky Goodman kept the crowds at bay while we cooked.

This years SRPSBTA fundraiser was a huge success. Sold out again - Brined and slow roasted 800 chicken halves. Had to borrow 5 extra cookers to get it done. Thanks to everyone that helped out this year!

We are now up to our limit for this fundraiser. 800 chicken halves have been ordered.
