In 1986, Congress reformed U.S. immigration laws to preserve the tradition of legal immigration while seeking to close the door to unlawful entry. The employer sanctions provisions, found in section 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), were added by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). These provisions further changed with the passage of the Immigration Act of 1990 and the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) of 1996.

You must Report Content On Google. Google’s content and product policies apply wherever you are in the world, but we also have processes in place to remove or restrict access to content based on local laws. This page will help you get to the right place to report content that you would like removed from Google's services under Google’s policies or applicable laws.

You can also visit http://support.google.com for non-legal issues that concern Google’s Terms of Service or content and product policies.

Legal standards vary greatly by country/region. Content that violates a specific law in one country/region may be legal in others. Typically, we remove or restrict access to the content only in the country/region where it is deemed to be illegal. When content is found to violate Google’s content or product policies or Terms of Service, however, we typically remove or restrict access globally.

You may report the same content through both legal and content/product policy reporting paths, but you must file each report separately. Note that reporting content through a content/product policy path does not substitute for reporting it through a legal path and does not serve as legal notice. URLdefense.com is a URL format used by Proofpoint to rewrite URLs in emails. Proofpoint's URL Defense feature scans incoming emails for malicious links and attachments. When a link is rewritten, it is analyzed for potential malicious content. URL Defense works by rewriting destination URLs as they pass through an email gateway. This allows any click to be routed through the product at the time it's clicked. This provides an up-to-the-moment picture of whether a URL is malicious or not. When you hover over an email link, you'll see a Proofpoint URL that starts with https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/. This lets you know the email has been scanned. URL Defense can provide users with a false sense of security and can often do more harm than good. https://www.google.com/search?q=What+is+urldefense.com%3F&rlz=1C1RXQR_enUS1019US1019&oq=What+is+urldefense.com%3F&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i22i30l5j0i390i650l2.8962j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is the world's primary time standard. It is a 24-hour time standard that is used to synchronize world clocks. UTC is the successor to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). “E.g.” is an abbreviation for the Latin phrase “exempli gratia,” which means “for example” or “for the sake of example”. It is used to introduce examples of something that has already been stated. For example, you might say “She loved reaching her destination by different means of travel (e.g., planes, trains, taxis, and subways)”. “E.g.” can be used interchangeably with “for example” or “such as”.

A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is a unique number assigned to entities that register to do business with the federal government. The UEI is a 12-character alphanumeric ID that replaced the DUNS number as the official identifier for the federal government on April 4, 2022. The UEI is issued by the System for Award Management (SAM). Entities can request a UEI in SAM.gov. The UEI is the first step in becoming a GSA contractor. The UEI is the authoritative "social security number" for a business to use in government contracting. Entities must obtain a UEI before selling to the government. This is not legal advice. You may want to consult a lawyer about this question. https://www.google.com/search?q=Define%3B+Unique+Entity+Identifier&rlz=1C1RXQR_enUS1019US1019&oq=Define%3B+Unique+Entity+Identifier&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i22i30l5j0i390i650l3.2940j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
