Have you ever gotten asked “Why?”
Why do you love your job? Why did you choose that company?
Well, Ill tell you why?! ….
The first thing that stood out to me, is the motto we carry. - “To inspire women to stand up, stand out and stand together by united passion with purpose!”
The second things were the perk.. the compensation plan , the fast 45 , the pop-ups , the ability to grow or not to grow and still make money on top of the noncompete.
What have I learned or gained since?!
I have gained a huge amount of respect for everyone in direct sales and online marketing.
I have gained a mass amount of community that not only helps me learn, but cheer me on when I achieve my goals .
I have learned that my way of life and Work balance is different for everyone .
I have gained so many sweet and close friendships .
And most of all I have gained so much knowledge about the beauty industry, and what ingredients are good for you and your skin .
As much as I would love to say this is not about the money , unfortunately we all need that to survive but that is just an added bonus for me .
