AD | Everyone talks about fall in the Northeast, but Washington seriously SHOWS OFF this time of year. Colorful trails, crisp mountain air & Mt. Rainier actually making an appearance?! Pretty hard to beat.

My bf & I booked a tour with Outbound Heli Adventures & took a helicopter through the mountains of Alaska. We landed directly on Knik Glacier & this ended up being one of the coolest experiences of our entire trip. Honestly one of the coolest experiences of my LIFE!!

We paid almost $700 pp for a private flight (We have NEVER spent that much money on an experience before) & it was worth every single penny!! The flight alone was insane. 🥹🏔️ You’re flying over massive mountains, rivers & glaciers before literally stepping out of the helicopter onto it!

The best Alaska trip 🥹🧊🚁

Adam & I spent a week in Alaska & it definitely wasn’t enough time! We are already planning our week back next year 🥹

What to do:

📍 Eklutna Lake sunset
🚁 Took a helicopter over the mountains & landed on Knik Glacier Outbound Heli Adventures
🛥️ Cruised through Kenai Fjords National Park Expeditions Northwest
🐋 Spotted puffins, sea lions, seals, otters & whales
🧊 Watched glaciers calve into the ocean
🏔️ Drove one of the most scenic highways in Alaska
🌲 Explored Seward & had chowder
🫎 Explored Hatchers pass
🏠Stayed in the cutest cabin BlueWater BaseCamp
