Incident Management Team 6 (Magaña) has transitioned with the unit and has taken command of the complex. The fires in CAL FIRE TCU continue to impact most of the unit, either directly by fire activity or the smoke that the fires are creating. The complex is 13,371 acres. Firefighters are continuing to construct containment line and strengthen lines that have been established. The 6-5 fire near Chinese Camp (Tuolumne County) remains the largest fire being suppressed, and as can be seen in the image, the Chinese Camp School was not destroyed by yesterday's activity. Evacuation orders and warnings are still in effect near the 6-5 and 2-7 fires.

The Angels Camp Farmers Market would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Angels Camp Museum and Calaveras County Visitors Bureau, California for being such wonderful hosts these past 8 weeks and for last season. Your support, space, and warm welcome helped us continue the market tradition while Utica Park was under renovation — and we are so grateful!

We’re also excited to announce that starting Friday, August 8th, the market will be back at Utica Park — our longtime home — with the same great hours: 4:30–7:30 PM.

Special thanks to the City of Angels Camp for graciously opening the beautifully renovated park and helping us transition with ease. The Angels Camp Business Association is thrilled to return to the trees, the shade, and the heart of our community — and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing board members, sponsors, vendors, and YOU — our market family.
