Fitness has no end goal. Theres always going to be work to be done. There’s going to be times where you’ll have to stop, rest, or have down time. Leading you to feel you’re starting all over. And that’s OK. It’s called a “fitness JOURNEY” for a reason. And this breast augmentation surgery will just be another chapter added to mine🫶🏻
