Men, this is for you.

If your wife wants to build something, contribute financially, and still keep her home, her kids, and her first ministry first, send her my way.

I’m building with Zinzino, a 20-year-old company out of Norway. This is not some random cookie cutter white-label MLM out of Salt Lake City. It’s established, publicly traded in Europe, and there’s a real mission behind the company. Leading the way in test based supplementation.

Our team is full of women on fire for the Lord, strong men, and husband-wife duos building together.

That’s what I love most. I get to help people build a business, get healthier, and do it with ministry attached to it.

This isn’t get-rich-quick. This is discipleship, leadership, health, and entrepreneurship all in one.

And I’ll say this, a woman builds different when her man believes in her.

I made a post on FB earlier today, talking about that I disagreed with this meme and said that no matter how peaceful you make a home, divorce still creates a broken home (speaking to myself here )…

Not because the parents stop loving their kids. Not because life is over. But because the family unit was broken apart.

The comments were interesting because instead of talking about how we got there, some women immediately jumped to defending divorce.

Here’s the thing. Accountability isn’t blame.

Accountability is being honest enough to admit that most situations didn’t happen overnight. There were red flags, unhealthy patterns, unresolved wounds, bad choices, ignored warning signs, and usually responsibility on both sides.

And before people start, no, I’m not talking about abuse.

What I’m saying is we’ve become really good at explaining why things fell apart and really bad at looking in the mirror and asking what role we played in it.

Men need accountability. Women need accountability. We all do.

Because if we never learn from the choices that got us there, we’ll keep repeating them.

and I have a solution to all of these problems…GOD and bringing it back to His original design. I’m not talking just believing in God and showing up to church on Sunday. I’m talking about repentance, forgiveness, being in the Word, having a strong prayer life, truly abiding in Christ daily and surrendering.

Three different people. Three omega tests.

All three came back imbalanced.

That’s the thing about inflammation… it doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it looks like brain fog, low energy, stubborn weight, joint pain, hormone issues, poor recovery, mood swings, gut issues, and the list goes on and on.

We’ve normalized feeling “off” for so long that many people don’t realize their body is waving a red flag.

You can work out.
You can eat clean.
You can look healthy.

And still be imbalanced at the cellular level.

That’s why I’m such a believer in testing instead of guessing.

Data doesn’t care about opinions.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is giving your body what it needs so it can do what it was designed to do.

Comment “TEST” if you want to see what your body is actually telling you.

America’s Favorite Pick Me 🇺🇸

The internet says I’m a pick me because I believe:
✔️ Men lead
✔️ Women nurture
✔️ Marriage matters
✔️ Fathers are essential
✔️ Children aren’t social experiments
✔️ God’s original design is the correct way

At this point, “pick me” just sounds like a compliment.

I’ll gladly be picked by God over approved by culture.

This is an example right here… Ladies, if you want better men, become better women and attract better.

It’s always,” There’s no good men or men do this…do that.”

Well you’re attracting them. You’re choosing them…do better. It starts WITH accountability.

My biggest piece of advice to find accountability, submit your life to Christ and watch Him transform.

Psalms 32–35, day 170

SO MANY GOOD NUGGETS TODAY

I’m gonna make a video about this but real quick let’s talk about the difference between sin, transgression, and iniquity.

In layman’s terms…Sin is missing the mark. Transgression is knowing where God drew the line and crossing it anyway (especially knowing there’s grace on the other side…) and iniquity is the deeper heart issue that keeps producing the same sin over and over.

We shouldn’t just focus on our behavior, we need to heal what’s driving it.

Psalm 32 reminds us that confession is freedom. So many people are carrying guilt, shame, anxiety, and burdens God never intended them to carry because they’re hiding things that God is asking them to bring into the light. DO NOT MISS THAT…

David said, “I acknowledged my sin to You.” The moment he stopped hiding, he found freedom.

I also loved where it says steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the Lord. Think about that for a second. Not occasional love. Not love when we’re performing well. Steadfast love. Consistent love. Faithful love. Covenant love. The kind of love that doesn’t leave when life gets hard.

Don’t just praise God for what He’s done. Praise Him for who He is. If your worship only shows up after the blessing, your faith will always be tied to circumstances. Learn to praise Him in the valley, not just after it.

“I sought the Lord, and He heard me.”

How many times do we tell ourselves God isn’t listening when the truth is He hears every prayer? He’s always listening.

Some of you are waiting for God to show up in your struggles and pain, not realizing He’s already there.

Something that really got me reflecting is a reminder that my job is obedience NOT justice. Justice is God’s job.

Some people want to see you fail, and some people will misunderstand your heart and misrepresent your intentions.

Let them. God sees what they don’t and He sees the FULL picture.

Maybe God is asking you to stop carrying what was never yours to carry and trust Him with it instead.
