MEET SOME SUPER HEROES - TEXAS MEDIA MAKER ANNOUNCES ELITE ROSTER OF MODERATORS AND MCS FOR 25
Veteran Critics, Emmy-Nominated Hosts, and Local Producers Set to Guide Conversations with Temple Grandin and International Filmmakers!

SAN ANTONIO, TX — The Animalis Fabula Film Festival ( ), presented by Texas Media Maker Magazine, is proud to announce the dynamic team of critics, hosts, and producers who will be moderating panels and serving as Masters of Ceremony throughout the festival. This elite lineup is essential for guiding dozens of international film premieres.

The festival takes place Friday and Saturday, November 28th and 29th, 2025, at the historic 1,000-seat Woodlawn Theater.

The AniFab 25 Host and Moderator Team

1. Emily Mae Heller: The Lifestyle & Entertainment Conductor
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Emily Mae Heller is an Emmy-nominated host, actress, model, and producer whose background spans theatre, music, and all things lifestyle and entertainment. With an MFA in Producing and Production Management from CalArts, Emily Mae's career includes coverage of wrestling, popular television, and awards shows for Afterbuzz TV Network, Primetime Live, and United Wrestling Network. Her work as a host and backstage correspondent has taken her across the United States, Canada, the UK, Germany, and Japan, partnering with organizations like New Japan Pro Wrestling and Shop LC. Emily Mae’s mission is clear: to create meaningful, unforgettable content that successfully brings people together, whether she’s telling human stories through food, travel, or the love for animals. She will be instrumental in managing the festival’s high-profile, celebratory events.

2. Ted Colunga (aka Steady): The Pop Culture Authority
Ted Colunga, known as "Steady," is a sharp film critic and the Managing Editor for CountdownCityGeeks.com. Ted brings a wealth of pop culture knowledge to the stage, having covered some of the world's largest events, including SXSW and San Diego Comic-Con. His experience extends far beyond criticism; he has hosted eSports tourneys and film festivals, and has moderated panels for entertainment heavyweights such as Josh Brolin, Rosario Dawson, and Giancarlo Esposito. Ted’s measured expertise and ability to navigate complex subjects make him the ideal moderator for filmmaker Q&A sessions and industry discussions.

3. Ansley Partosa: The Local Production Champion
Ansley Partosa is a vital San Antonio–based actress and producer who serves as a crucial link to the local production community. Her work spans narrative shorts (Bitter Motive, Fidelis Itinere, Angel), commercial projects (including WWE SuperCard), and unscripted series production (Culture Shock with Gio DiZurita and Keeping It Real with Greg Grunberg). Ansley actively champions local film through her interviewing work with Cinema Sound Off, spotlighting emerging talent.
