🌾“If you are so sure, then burn your ships.” 🌾

The forest teaches us that growth has always required sacrifice.

During Lammas, we honor the first harvest and the death of summer- but before anything can be harvested, something had to be planted, buried and allowed to become something different. The field gives up what it was so something new can grow in its place.

Burning your ships carries that same meaning.

It means deciding that what waits ahead matters more than having somewhere comfortable to retreat to. Not recklessness- commitment. Accepting that becoming something new sometimes means you cannot keep one foot in the life you’re trying to outgrow.

That’s part of what Emo Night and the Stay Tour represent to us.

We gather around songs from who we used to be while fighting for the people who are still here becoming who they’re meant to be.

Lammas reminds us:

Some things are harvested.
Some things are buried.
Some things must burn.

And sometimes the path forward only opens when you finally stop looking for the way back.

HOUSTON- we’re bringing Mtv back for one night 🏴‍☠️🖤

September 16th the Stay Tour makes its second stop at Black Magic Social Club for our version of Emo Night.

You heard it right! Come spend the night singing the songs that probably ruined your hearing 😂

We’re bringing an immersive Y2K/MySpace/Mtv themed DJ night featuring My Chemical Romance, Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria, blink-182, Simple Plan, Green Day and more- mixed with live music and local creatives throughout the night.

AND because apparently making questionable decisions in 2008 wasn’t enough… you can leave with a tattoo too 😂🖤

Houston’s tattoo artist for the night will be Houston tattoo artist 🖤

We’ll also have local vendors, drinks and more throughout the show!

The fun is what brings us together- but the reason we’re traveling across the country doing this is bigger than Emo Night.

The Stay Tour is about su***de and abuse awareness and raising money throughout the tour for organizations helping survivors, including Steven Tyler’s Steven Tyler's Janie's Fund and their work giving kids and teens affected by abuse a second chance.

Help us use a night of nostalgia to do something that actually matters.

It was the soundtrack to our lives.

The burned CDs.
The MTV countdowns.
The late-night drives with your friends.

For one night, we’re bringing that feeling back!

Join us for a night of the biggest emo, pop-punk, post-hardcore, and alternative anthems that defined a generation. Whether you grew up on My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Pierce The Veil, A Day To Remember, The Used, Escape The Fate, Sleeping With Sirens, or Bring Me The Horizon, this night is for you.

But this is about more than nostalgia.

The “Stay Tour” was created to remind people that they’re never alone. A portion of proceeds from every ticket sold will support Steven Tyler’s Janie’s Fund giving survivors of abuse and su***de another chance.
