✨️CRTM Transition Announcement✨️
Established in 2023, CRTM has grown tremendously, and we are so proud of all we have accomplished thus far. As we continue to evolve, we remain mindful of God’s guidance—calling us to press forward in His name and embrace new seasons of growth.
With that, we announce that Sierra Parker will be stepping down as CEO of CRTM. While she will continue to serve as the owner, she is joyfully passing the torch to a remarkable successor and industry trailblazer who needs no introduction—Jazmyne Polk.
Jazmyne’s proven entrepreneurial success and impressive track record speak volumes. Under her leadership, CRTM will continue its legacy of providing premier talent management services to freelance professionals.
In preparation for this next chapter, CRTM will undergo a 60-day sabbatical to revamp our website and launch exciting new offerings led by our new executive team.
We are thrilled about this transition and confident that Jazmyne will lead CRTM, our staff, and our talent family to even greater heights. Please know that while Sierra will remain available in a supportive role, CRTM’s vision and creative direction are now entrusted to our new CEO.
