Air fried scallops, squash and romaine salad (w olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper)

8 one ounce size scallops
Paprika, sea salt, pepper, garlic, lemon pepper (whatever suits your taste)
Olive oil non stick spray

8 ounces scallops = 286 cals, 9 g carbs, 11.7 g fat, 34 G protein

Not on the bodybuilder diet because fat is a tad high, but definitely on the high protein, low carb diet.
Squash is super low carbs, no fat.
Minimal olive oil used for salad. I estimated .2 TBSP with the Misto sprayer

I borrowed An IFBB Pro’s 3 ingredient spinach pancake recipe she says she ate during her whole prep. It looked interesting. Here’s my first shot at it. I’ll have to try again.
Two large handfuls of Spinach
1 cup egg whites
Cinnamon
Monk fruit sweetener

Greek yogurt topping with
Strawberries
Cinnamon
Lakanto syrup
