This isn’t just another open-cell spray foam. OCX Plus is a sucrose-free, non-halogenated formulation engineered for advanced fire performance while maintaining reliable, consistent processing in the field.

Designed to achieve AC377 Appendix X compliance without a prescriptive ignition-barrier coating, OCX Plus can help simplify qualifying attic and crawlspace applications. It also achieves a Class 1 (ASTM E84) fire rating without halogenated flame retardants.
