A starlit celebration of love. ✨

Three outfits, six months pregnant, one twin flame by my side, and a whole lotta comm-unity surrounding us. 🤎

Eye keep thinking about how beautiful it is to be witnessed in a season of becoming. To carry new life while being held by so much love, laughter, friendship, and genuine connection.

This night felt like a little snapshot of everything eye’ve been growing toward. love that feels grounded, community that feels intentional, and a life that feels deeply aligned.

My heart is full. Jaya was feeling her mommas blissfulness. My village is growing. An so am eye . 🌙✨

Setting a boundary doesn’t always mean saying NO.

Sometimes, the boundary is a YES—with clarity.

“Yes, eye can help, but I only have an hour.”

“Yes, eye’m willing to talk, but eye need us to communicate respectfully.”

“Yes, eye want to continue this relationship, but consistency is important to me.”

A healthy boundary gives your yes a container. It allows you to participate without overextending, abandoning your needs, or agreeing out of guilt.

And sometimes the boundary really is:

“No, that doesn’t work for me.”

“No, eye’m not comfortable with that.”

“No, eye don’t have the capacity for that right now.”

The goal isn’t to become someone who always says no. The goal is to become someone who can trust themselves enough to give an honest answer.

Before your next automatic yes, pause and ask yourself:

Do eye actually want this?
Do eye have the capacity for this?
What do eye need in order for my yes to feel good?

Your no matters.
Your yes matters.
Your ability to choose with intention matters.

Every day eye get to look into your eyes and feel unconditional life force energy love. You’re the closest thing to God in my life. Every moment of every day you take up space in all my worlds. What an honor to be a guardian of victory. Eye will die for you, eye will live for you a thousand times over. The most fulfilling moments are when eye see you evolve and grow right in-front of me… eye say all this to say… ya girl is sleepy, hungry, leaking, laughing, crying, overwhelmed, messy, and more ✌🏽

Shoutout to the first real team Eye have ever been a part of: Columbia Track Club. 🏃🏾‍♀️

CTC taught Eye what hard work really looks like. It taught me resilience, discipline, accountability, and the mentality it takes to become a true athlete. The people, the practices, the wins, the losses, the lessons—all of it built a foundation that allowed Eye to go as far as Eye wanted in track & field.

But looking back, Eye realize CTC was preparing me for something much bigger than the sport.

It gave me tools for the life Eye want to live: showing up when it’s hard, trusting the work, getting back up, staying committed, and believing there is always another level to reach.

And now, after all these years, the door to the CTC team is finally closing.

But the legacy doesn’t end here.

The team has transformed into the CTC Community—a new chapter built from the same foundation, with room for growth, connection, and the next generation to carry it forward.

Forever grateful for where it all started.
Forever a part of CTC. 🧡💙
