Vendors/Exhibitors! Application dates for our 2026 event will be as follows.

Please pay very close attention to the deadlines below. Make sure that our email address is marked safe in your email provider.

Unfortunately, these deadlines will come quickly. We will not have time to personally notify each applicant.

Applicants must meet deadlines below or they will forfeit the chance to purchase booth space or make hotel reservations.

August 21, 2025 – Vendor applications open at https://texasfrightmareweekend.com/exhibitors.

September 12, 2025 – DEADLINE – Vendor applications close. All applications must be received by September 12th at midnight to be considered.

September 22, 2025 – All vendors will have been informed of selection or denial by or on this date.

September 22 – Oct 1, 2025 DEADLINE – Hotel reservations will open for vendors only. All reservations must be made by midnight central time on October 1st.

October 1, 2025 DEADLINE – Payment due for vendor space. All payments must be received by midnight central time on October 1st.
