Story time…
I had the pleasure of meeting Amber at an open house I was hosting. At the time, she wasn’t working with an agent, though she had connected with a few, she wanted to be sure before committing.

I shared some helpful information, answered her questions, and connected her with a great lender, Julie Velasco. We stayed in touch, and I made sure to be available whenever she needed anything. We immediately clicked 🥰

Fast forward 60’ish days, she sold her home in MD and here we are, closing on her new home! 🏡✨🥂

This deal was far from easy, but through incredible teamwork, we got it done! We received our Clear to Close at 3:30 PM, and by 4:45 PM, our buyer was already signing closing documents—all in the same day! The file was fully funded by 9:00 AM the very next morning.

This level of speed and efficiency is almost unheard of and speaks volumes about the power of collaboration. Every party involved was committed to making it happen—even the builder’s title office stayed late to ensure we didn’t miss a beat. When everyone pulls together with a common goal, amazing things happen!
