🌸 She grew up in her father’s business, Castillo Bakery, where she met her husband—a talented baker.
🌸 Together, they opened Bedoy’s Bakery in 1961, raising four children while building a San Antonio tradition.
🌸 After her husband’s passing, Emma continued to run the bakery with strength, love, and dedication until her retirement.
Emma is the reason generations have enjoyed the sweetness of Bedoy’s Bakery, and this weekend, we honor her incredible journey. 🥐🍰
