at Hotel Valencia just launched their brand-new Pan-Latin menu, and I was lucky enough to get an exclusive first taste. 🌎🔥

From chorizo-stuffed empanadas and saffron seafood fideo to prawns in a spicy tomato broth and achiote marinated chicken — every plate was vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully plated.

✨ I was invited to an exclusive first look at the new menu at Supper inside Hotel Emma, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in San Antonio.

The evening began at the Chef’s Table appetizer bar, where we were welcomed with elegant small bites — a refined grilled cheese, scallop & pineapple crudo, and asparagus topped with crispy chicken skin. Each one set the stage perfectly for what was to come.

From there, we moved into the stunning Swiggle Key Room — a private dining space with rustic barn tables and views of the River and Amphitheater at The Pearl. The setting was intimate, warm, and elevated the entire evening.

Dinner was a showcase of creativity and craft: juicy pork chops, tender lamb, and flavorful quail — each plate highlighting the talent and passion of the chefs behind the menu.

And to close out the night? A buttercream pie that was rich, indulgent, and the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

Huge thanks to Hotel Emma, Supper, The Pearl, and all the chefs for the invitation. Between the food, service, and ambiance, this was a night I’ll never forget.
