This was such a fun experiment! Swapped the water in my starter for fermented mulberry water (or yeast water) and accidentally created a MONSTER loaf 😳🍞🤤
Massive, insanely soft, fluffy, and so moist it practically melts when you tear into it… this one’s a game changer.

Fudgy, rich, and loaded with melty chocolate chunks 🍫✨
These sourdough brownies are that perfect mix of deep cocoa flavor + that subtle tang you didn’t know you needed. Crispy edges, gooey centers, and honestly… they didn’t last long in this house.

Sourdough discard really said “let me upgrade your brownies” and I listened 😌

A glimpse of a magical week in my home state with my husband and our best friends. It had been 6 years since I had seen my best friend of 21 years. 🥹

Thank you all for being so wonderful and placing orders even while we were on vacation! I had the best week away, but am so excited to be home and back to baking!

Thank you all for being so amazing with your support for my little business! I am getting the opportunity to see some very close friends that I haven’t seen in years, and will be out of state until the 16th.

That being said, I am taking pre-orders now through March 18th for 3/21 pickup! I’ll be posting an updated menu in a bit, but in the meantime, message me with any questions, requests, or orders from my current menu!

I am so happy to be taking a little time away, but I can’t wait to bake for you all when I get back!

I’ll be at on Saturday, February 28th from 9 am to 1 pm! Come say hi! I’ll have free samples 🤩

March 6th — March 15th: I will be out of state! If you’d like to order your weekly loaves in advance, I will bake them for you and seal them for safe freezing. Sourdough is good in the freezer for up to 6 months and is even better for you if frozen before eating! Just shoot me a message and let me know. 🫶🏼
