KXTN artist, Tejano legend and Latin Grammy Award winner
David Lee Garza, lovingly known as “The Godfather of Tejano,” has been hospitalized, leading to the cancellation of his scheduled performances with David Lee Garza Y Los Musicales this week.

Family and management confirmed that Garza was admitted to a San Antonio hospital on Friday, October 3, after experiencing health concerns. Doctors discovered fluid in his lungs, and he is currently under observation as a precaution while he rests and recovers.

The group announced all shows for this week have been postponed and thanked fans for their continued prayers and support. They are hopeful David Lee Garza will be back on stage soon, doing what he loves most—sharing Tejano music with his fans.

Our prayers go out for David’s full and speedy recovery. May God’s healing hands bring him strength and restore his health completely in the mighty name of Jesus.

My dad Roberto Pulido fell while getting into his truck.
Broke 5 ribs. He's in a lot of pain, but stable, thank God. He will not be able to perform with me this weekend in Fort Myers, Florida.

Thank you for your prayers 🙏

Lord, we lift up Roberto to you and we ask you to heal him quicker than expected. Jesus, please stop the pain he’s feeling and give him your peace that surpasses all understanding. Release your angels to be with him and restore him better than before in Jesus name we pray Amen.
