We thought we'd ask David Gedge of the Wedding Present if they would like to warm up their North American tour with a performance in San Antonio.

We've partnered up with the famed Echo Bridge for a semi-acoustic evening with the one and only David Gedge on Friday March 27th!!! This will be David's first ever stop in San Antonio!

Thanks to David and Echo Bridge for this unique musical experience!

We have had such a great week at our Music For Listeners at Lazarus Brewing Day Parties and much thanks to all that have come out and supported at the venue and through our fundraiser. We love and appreciate all of you!

We still however need a final push to reach our goals and help us pay for our production and housing. This year the costs to put this on have been very high for both us and our partners and your help can keep it going to help us pay our production team and crew as well and will allow us to continue to do this in the years ahead.

Heading out to Austin this morning and we have a fantastic first day ready to go for our Music for Listeners at Lazarus Brewing Day parties!

Today we start at 1 pm and kick off with the wonderful country sounds of Kimmi Bitter! We then have Graham Reynolds(2 PM),Pavey Ark(3 PM),Strawberry Launch(4 PM),Her Skin(5 PM) and Consumables(6 PM)

Pavey Ark are our special guests from Hull and are a wonderful 9 piece folk band and Her Skin are coming from Italy and are a lovely acoustic duo replacing Rowena Wise who had to cancel due to illness.

Today’s show is free as always and all ages. No rsvp or wristband is required! Please come out and support all this great music from all over the world!

Fundraiser for the 2025 Music For Listeners Daytime Parties at Lazarus Brewing in Austin, Texas

Hello everyone!

Music For Listeners is excited to announce the news that we are returning to Austin, Texas for our fifteenth year of unofficial day parties, and our sixth year at Lazarus Brewing! The day parties will continue to be at the brewery's original location on 1902 East 6th Street in the heart of the East side of Austin.

The courtyard and stage is now tented and covered and we should be good to go rain or shine this year.

We will be running indie showcases for five days this year as there will be no Jazz for the Masses on Tuesday, and we thank Anthony Dean Harris for all his hard work over the past ten years! He hopes to return next year.

Our shows will as always remain all ages with no RSVP or wristband being required. There will be an event page up shortly featuring updates on all our special guests and bands playing throughout our week. Our 2025 fundraiser will also be live next week, and we thank you for helping us throw these parties!

We can't wait to see everyone next month, and thanks again to everyone at Lazarus for having us back. We will see you over on the East side in March!
