He passed away in 2022 at the age of 49, leaving behind a legendary legacy as one of the most iconic figures in the Power Rangers franchise. Best known for portraying Tommy Oliver, Frank became one of the most recognizable Rangers in the history of the series and inspired generations of fans around the world.
