Been a little absent here because I’ve been working VERY hard on all the new menu additions given the new laws that have been passed in Texas. Mini cheesecakes are almost ready for release, just a few more recipes to sort out BUT here’s the flavor list so you can be just as excited as I am:

There are some HUGE changes coming on September 1 to the set of rules I follow called Texas Cottage Food Laws. The state passed a giant overhaul of the original rules and while there is a ton information that is probably not interesting what is VERY exciting is that i can now offer an expanded menu to include items that need refrigeration. Over the next few months i will begin adding the following items to my menu:
Mini Cheesecakes
Banana pudding dessert shooters
Tres Leches
Flan
Chocoflan
Crème brûlée

I know many cottage bakers have offered these items for a long time but I am a ✨rule follower✨ so I am very excited to begin offering these items legally 🫶
