Abraham Lincoln, could have succumbed to his depression and never rise above his circumstances nor make anything of his life. Instead he forged ahead and became one of the most revered American presidents ever.

Last Saturday (31Jul) I had the opportunity to be a vendor for the first time at The Pact grand opening in San Bernadino, CA. It was a great day and a great need for people to be able to get out, mingle and receive assistance from all the awesome faith based vendors in attendance. With the support of my mother and operations mgr, we were able to engage, give and listen to testimonies, offer prayer and show some love to those who needed an encouraging word.

I'm still behind on a lot of post I needed to get out. And I suck at social media..lol, but bear with me, I will get there. I'm trying to multitask and its not been successful but getting ready to teach two courses this fall focusing on mental health, stress, depression and anxiety. Plus another course in squeezing the most out of your brain, improve relationships, boost creativity and increase motivation. I'm excited as people came out and signed up. We will offer a waitlist sign up sheet on line if an open slot becomes available.

There is a text in the Bible that talks about "When God calls you, you got to put down your oxen"
I was telling God, two weeks ag, I'm not ready to offer these courses because I still have so much other stuff on the back burner that needs to get done. I'm wearing 8 different hats at work, managing my terminal disease, assisting clients in their health and protecting my brain ...in other words, "Refocus-On-U "
So folks I cannot stress enough...When God calls you, put your wish list to the side, suck it up, put on your big girl panties, and do what the good Lord tells you to do. Make No Excuses!!!!!! One more thing....Please be patient with me. Due to emergency events beyond my control, and I mean seriously beyond my control. I have not been able to release episodes for the past 2 weeks. But trust me we are working toward releasing an episode next Thursday. While your waiting check out my new friend, the call her Helter Skelter. What a name for a rooster. Met her last week. Was not ready to hold her. I just enjoyed being entertained by her.
