KOREAN CHICKEN & SLAW Cals: 419 P: 41.3g | C: 40.1g | F: 9.8g Chicken marinade: - 600g chicken breast �- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari�- 2 tbsp honey�- 1 tbsp sesame oil�- 2 tbsp minced garlic�- 1 tbsp minced ginger �- 1 tbsp sesame seeds - 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar Sesame slaw - 1 bag coleslaw mix - 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp sesame oil Other: - 448g jasmine rice (cooked) Recipe: 1. Combine chicken with marinade ingredients - leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes 2. Meanwhile, cook your rice according to package instructions & combine slaw ingredients 3. Add your chicken to grill/ frypan, setting the remaining marinade aside - cook on each side for 5 minutes each side (ensure cooked through before removing) 4. Set chicken aside & add remaining marinade to your pan, simmer on medium heat until it thickens 5. Serve your chicken on a bed of rice with a side of Korean slaw. Top your chicken with marinade & sesame seeds. 6. Enjoy! 🤍 • •

Cinnamon scrolls 🤍✨ Ingredients: - 275g high protein plain flour - 40 zero calorie sweetener - 35g Vanilla protein powder - 5g baking powder - 5g instant yeast - Pinch of salt - 1 egg yolk & 115g Greek yogurt (combine) - 130ml milk of your choice (warmed up for 20 seconds) - 15g flour for kneeling Filling: - 30g softened butter - 30g zero calorie sweetener - 4 tsp Cinnamon Cream cheese frosting: - 50g light cream cheese - 30g monk fruit icing sugar - 1 tbsp milk of your choice Recipe: 1. Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl, then add in your milk & egg/ yogurt mixture. Combine well until a sticky dough forms 2. Dust a flat surface with flour and knead your dough for around 10 minutes (or use a stand mixer on medium speed). Lightly spray a bowl with oil & leave dough ball to rise for 1 hour 3. Combine your filling ingredients in a bowl 4. Roll out your dough into a rectangle & spread your filling evenly 5. Roll your dough up and cut into 8-10 equal scrolls - let sit for 45 minutes . Preheat your oven to 180° Celsius 6. Bake your scrolls for 15-20 minutes & combine your frosting in the meantime. Top with frosting & enjoy! • •
