KOREAN CHICKEN & SLAW Cals: 419 P: 41.3g | C: 40.1g | F: 9.8g Chicken marinade: - 600g chicken breast �- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari�- 2 tbsp honey�- 1 tbsp sesame oil�- 2 tbsp minced garlic�- 1 tbsp minced ginger �- 1 tbsp sesame seeds - 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar Sesame slaw - 1 bag coleslaw mix - 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp sesame oil Other: - 448g jasmine rice (cooked) Recipe: 1. Combine chicken with marinade ingredients - leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes 2. Meanwhile, cook your rice according to package instructions & combine slaw ingredients 3. Add your chicken to grill/ frypan, setting the remaining marinade aside - cook on each side for 5 minutes each side (ensure cooked through before removing) 4. Set chicken aside & add remaining marinade to your pan, simmer on medium heat until it thickens 5. Serve your chicken on a bed of rice with a side of Korean slaw.
