For this week’s Friday lunch activity, to honor hispanic heritage month San Bernardino High School had a mariachi band playing music and also had inspirational posters for hispanics and chicanos.
The Mr. And Miss cardinal contestants also walked around with posters for people to vote.

Congratulations to our athletes of the week: Amisadai Arana and Naydelin Torres.

The two are paired as the number one doubles team in girls tennis. So far this year, they have compiled a 20-0 record and look to continue their unbeaten streak as they start league play.

Both are outstanding student athletes that exhibit excellence in the classroom and on the court.

Congratulations to our athletes of the week for last week: Kaiden Lacy, Samantha Meneses, and Austin Martinez.

Kaiden led the JV football team with eight total tackles and two forced fumbles, one of which was recovered for a touchdown to help secure the victory over Arroyo Valley.

Samantha medaled at the Dana Hills cross country invitational and ran one of the fastest times of her career and in the league this season.

Austin had two goals, eleven steals, and seven assists to help the water polo team to a dramatic one goal victory over Chaffey last week.

Great job Cardinals!

After losing on Tuesday against Hillcrest High School, our Lady Cardinals had returned yesterday with more energy and grit to take on the public safety falcons

“So what like if they make a mistake? It doesn’t matter. So what? Just keep moving on and keep playing your best.” Coach Doty on advising a loss.

“I feel okay, because I know our girls can be very resilient and they can pick up.” Ivanna Beltran speaking about the loss against Hillcrest on Tuesday.

Here are the new after-school athletics and activities protocols everyone! Be sure you follow them when you attend SBHS events.

🪪 Must have your ID card to enter. No digital copies are accepted unless previously ok'd.
🧛 Non-SBHS Students must be with their parent/guardian & remain with them during the event. (Except visiting team members/coaches/staff.)
🚫 No re-entry during events. Once you leave, you left!

⏰ This new policy is effective immediately. ⏰
