Stir-frying is a fast way to cook small pieces of food in a hot pan or wok. As the name indicates, the food is constantly stirred while you cook it. You can prepare different vegetables, meats, seafood, fish and poultry using this method. I deep fried the Tilapia half cooked first before combining to other ingredients in the pan and simmered for few minutes, added green chili and onion leaves when it is about to cook.

Spaghetti Noodles is among my favorites, as it is being popular to many Filipinos, there are many different versions and ingredients being used to make the spaghetti sauce. I simply used the spaghetti sauce, but I added more meat in it, sausages and vegetables, I stir fry all the ingredients and let it simmered for few minutes to cook the sauce.

Sinigang (Sour soup) that consists of fish and shrimps is among my favorites, I used calamansi juice to make the soup sourly, along with chili peppers, onion and yam leaves to complete its simplest ingredients.
