Who did it best?! 🧅 🔪

Strong as a mother era: officially activated. 💪🏼😂

My husband and I have always been super active, but postpartum fitness has completely changed the way I look at strength. I’m not chasing a smaller version of myself — I want to be STRONG enough for motherhood, because apparently carrying kids, groceries, car seats and 47 water bottles at once is an Olympic event.

We finally took the plunge and started building out our own garage gym, and the RitFit Gazelle Leg Press has been one of my favorite additions. 🔥 Being able to get a legit strength workout in without leaving the house = the ultimate motherhood level up.

DO WE EVEN VIBE? 👀

Hi, I’m Jenna — and apparently I’m an Enneagram 1w2, which basically means I want to fix the world, organize it, teach everyone what I learned along the way… and then make sure everyone feels loved while I’m doing it. 😂

A few things you should probably know about me:

I’m a former special education teacher turned homeschool mom of four, and teaching is still one of my favorite things on the planet. If I learn something that could make someone else’s life easier, you’re probably going to hear about it. 😂

I’m happiest near the water. Ocean, lake, pool… honestly put me next to something blue and my nervous system immediately says ohhhh, there we go. 🌊 I live in Texas, but mentally am in California or Florida all day, every day with my feet in the sand. BTW, we moved here during the pandemic.

I love motherhood 🫶🏻 Like, genuinely LOVE being a mom. I’m obsessed with creating a childhood my kids will remember, while simultaneously accepting that somebody will probably be yelling “MOMMMMM” while I’m trying to do it 🤣

I love structure, routines and systems… but I also have a very strong “ehhh, we’ll start again Monday” personality living inside me, and 100 times I’ve left the house without diapers 😂

I’m the girl who reads the ingredient label, asks 47 follow-up questions, researches everything, changes my mind when I learn something new and then immediately wants to tell my friends what I found.

I believe kids deserve to be understood as individuals. I believe motherhood can be both intentional and hilarious. I believe we can have completely different opinions and still sit at the same table. I believe in leaving things better than we found them. And I will probably always be somewhere between having a system for everything and completely winging it.

Basically: motherhood, homeschooling, clean living, wellness, real life, a lot of laughing, a little chaos, and probably way too much research.

Also…March birthday 🎉

Tell me ONE completely random thing about you in the comments because those are always way more interesting than “where are you from?” 👇

📣 Maybe not having it all together is one of the greatest things we can show our children…

Maybe the greatest thing we can teach our children is how to find themselves.

But first, we have to be brave enough to find ourselves…

To question the things we were taught.
To heal what we carried for too long.
To figure out what we actually believe.
To change our minds.
To take care of our bodies.
To come back to God.
To fail and begin again.
To outgrow versions of ourselves we once thought we had to be.

Because our kids are watching us become, too.

And maybe they don’t need us to hand them a perfectly mapped-out life.

Maybe they need to see what it looks like to listen to that little voice inside of them. To stand for what they believe in. To choose kindness when it’s easier not to. To take care of themselves. To walk away from what doesn’t feel right. To keep searching when they don’t have all the answers.

I spent a lot of my life thinking motherhood was going to be about shaping them.

Turns out, so much of it has been about finding me.

And the more I become who I was created to be, the more I realize that’s exactly what I want for them.
Not to become who the world tells them they should be. But to know who they are, know Whose they are, and have the courage to live like it.

Maybe that’s the real work of motherhood. Finding ourselves, so they grow up knowing they’re allowed to find themselves too. ❤️

If you’re looking for the ultimate mom hack to prevent the summer brain drain… this is it. ☀️🧠

I don’t know about you, but by this point in the summer I’m not looking to recreate a classroom at home. I just want my kids to keep learning without hearing, “Mommmm… do I have to?” 😅

That’s why we’ve been using AdaptedMind.

It feels more like a game than school, so my kids actually want to do it. They work through personalized math and reading lessons at their own pace, earn rewards along the way, and I love knowing they’re keeping their skills sharp without me having to print worksheets or plan another lesson.

It’s one of those simple mom wins that keeps learning going while still letting kids enjoy being kids.

The best part? You can start with a free trial to see if your family loves it as much as mine does. 🙌💛

🙌 Being featured by VoyageDallas is such an incredible honor 🤍

Sharing my story reminded me just how much this journey has evolved. From teaching special education to homeschooling my own children, creating content, writing, and building businesses that serve moms—every chapter has led me here.

To this ENTIRE community: thank you 🙏

Whether you’ve been here from the very beginning or just found me recently, thank you for growing with me as my platform has changed and evolved alongside the woman I’ve become.

🩵❤️ Your support and encouragement mean more than you’ll ever know.

My heart has always been to make a positive impact on families, and I truly believe this is only the beginning.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead, and I’m grateful you’re here for the journey 🩵❤️🩷

Book Update 📕 I cannot wait to finish writing my novel, that I truly think will empower any mom, no matter their circumstances. I have a story to tell, that broke me and then pushed me to rediscover my faith, which rebuilt me into the mom, wife and creator that I am. I can’t wait to share more!

Thanks for continuing to show up for me, so I can do the same for you 🩷❤️🩵
