LOMA is proud to support the 6th annual ArtWalk Carlsbad, a colorful event just a wisp away from the city’s world-famous flower fields. This past weekend, cool ocean breezes and live music framed eclectic works from hundreds of visual artists, plus a pair of Interactive Art exhibits and an always popular KidsWalk.

While the Festival is free to attend, proceeds benefit ArtWalk's dynamic “ArtReach” program which elevates Visual Arts education in schools.

When we sat down with the Chief Engineer of the Mars 2020 project, he told us “We’re putting a big Rover on the surface of Mars.”

No kidding.

Five years later, the Perseverance Rover has, well, persevered—still going strong, it’s located a “Sapphire Canyon” sample that now suggests past life may have been present on the Red Planet. From initial launch to validated results, the mission continues to be quite an adventure. Here’s Adam Steltzner’s take on the universal power of teamwork.

It pays to be social!

We’re excited to help a rather amazing variety of clients connect with ever-expanding (yet very targeted) audiences. Here’s a fast 60 seconds of LOMA social media stylings.

LOMA has launched an enhanced social media presence for MMIP SAN DIEGO, a Tribal-led initiative to combat the crisis of Murdered and Missing Indigenous People.

A powerful, engaging presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn is helping regional Tribal communities grow stronger through awareness, culturally based education and countywide law enforcement collaboration.

It’s a key part of a dynamic, proactive effort to provide critical assistance and accelerate immediate action.

Flood awareness has never been more critical.

Our client Valley Water has been honored with an Excellence in Communications Award by the National Association of Flood and Stormwater Management Agencies (NAFSMA) for its 2025 flood preparedness campaign, produced and implemented by LOMA.

Delivered in three languages, the cross-platform campaign was named by NAFSMA as one of the top two public communication efforts carried out across the country last year. We’ll soon be launching this year’s edition throughout California’s Santa Clara County.

Congratulations to Valley Water!

UC San Diego basketball will soon take to the court for the upcoming season, fresh off the most successful NCAA Tournament debut in college hoops history. LOMA is proud to be part of the team that transitioned Triton Athletics to Division I, where both the men’s and women’s programs qualified for March Madness in their very first year of eligibility—an unprecedented achievement.

Go Tritons!

LOMA’s broadcast documentary “REMEMBER US: The Fight for America’s World War I Memorial” has been honored with a 2025 Telly Award.

Told exclusively through the words of the project’s visionaries, leaders, artisans and champions, this is the remarkable story of an exceptional vision brought to life by a diverse coalition of Americans who overcame all odds to deliver a stunning achievement a full century after the war.

The nation’s newest Memorial in Washington D.C. features a centerpiece sculpture that Smithsonian magazine says “may become the greatest Memorial bronze of the Modern Age.” All in all, it’s quite a tale.

A special edition of the program is now being made available to PBS stations nationwide. Stay tuned!

79 performances in 65 communities across four states in three months is one heckuva summer tour!

LOMA is proud to support Montana State’s MSIP, “Montana Shakespeare in the Parks,” the nation’s most engaging (and well-traveled) free theater program. Now in its 53rd year, MSIP’s intrepid troupe of 11 performers (chosen in a nationwide casting competition of 400+ applicants) is drawn from one of the largest and oldest Shakespeare companies in the United States.

Last night’s performance in Red Lodge (hosted by LOMA’s Carmen DeBello) exemplified the wide range of non-profit organizations we support, from artistic endeavors to community organizations and youth programs.

Dodging an impending thunderstorm, the performance of “Henry V” went off without a hitch. All’s well that ends well!

The Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians was the first tribe in California to have gaming. That opportunity has helped the Tribe generate well over $1 billion in total economic impact over the past 2 years alone, while supporting 4,000 jobs.

With the recent passing of beloved Tribal Chairman Bo Mazzetti, Rincon now enters a new era. Debuting last week, a LOMA-produced video relays the Tribe’s collective values and vision as it builds upon historic success.
