🥘 RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO:
Chicken & Pork Kebabs (Makes 8 skewers)
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped)
Meat & Vegetables:
1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 medium cucumber, cut into thick rounds (about ½-inch)
2 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters or cherry tomatoes (you do not need to cut these)
Low-Carb, Low-Calorie Strawberry Popsicles (Makes 6 popsicles)
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional for creamier texture)
Black Bean Brownies (Makes 9 squares)
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
3 large eggs
3 tbsp cocoa powder
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Herb Brown Rice (Serves 4)
2 cups cooked brown rice (about 1 cup uncooked)
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried minced onion
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried dill w**d
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
Mint Lemonade (Makes 4 servings)
4 cups cold water
½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
3–4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
10–12 fresh mint leaves
Pinch of salt
