✨ New Blog Post ✨
I'm delighted to share my latest blog, a contemplation on the diverse and often misunderstood paths of Ta**ra — from sacred sensuality to inner alchemy, from devotional ritual to embodied presence.

If you're curious about Ta**ra beyond the clichés, this post offers a gentle, grounded invitation in.

✨ A special acknowledgment to my teacher, Dr. Bharat Vaidya of Ayurved Sadhana, under whose guidance I received a rare and precious transmission — one where Ayurveda and Ta**ra were not separate disciplines, but intricately woven together. This education has shaped the heart of my work and continues to ripple through everything I share.

The Soma Scroll is a place where personal practice, academic study and the voices of wisdom keepers weave together. I share insights that are self generated, resources that have, do and are inspiring me (so that you can journey where you are called to go deeper), and musings that keep the most important things in my life alive: devotion, embodiment and love.

Let's put a new twist on what it means to scroll- one that's enriching, thought-provoking and deeply felt.

When it comes down to it, it’s really about being able to bring our mess.

Its so easy to get this impression that we need to perfectly package our mess into a pretty little box so that the person we are conflict with can receive it in the best way possible- its a control thing, and I think its BS (sometimes).

Its my understanding that what really needs to happen goes deeper than that- it goes into taking responsibility for who it is that we invite into our lives in deep ways. Am I cultivating relationships where it's safe to be messy? Am I choosing people in my life to bring my messy, honest, vulnerable self?

It’s not so much about delivering the perfectly packaged, bow-on-top gift of the conflict- but rather about who it is you are gifting this conflict too and who you choose to be in relationship with.

The more that I see conflict as a gift to delve deeper into my devotional practice of intimacy- the more I expansive my nervous system becomes.

This is is what it means to be a Conflict Alchemist.
