We woke up to find many of our clients had a sudden decrease in followers. Seeing something similar? Don’t freak out.

It’s one of two thing:
👉🏼Instagram is cleaning out ghost, bot, and inactive accounts.
👉🏼Instagram is glitching.

Silver lining: With less inactive followers you might see an increase in engagement! Engagement ratio MATTERS when it comes to reach.

What a spooky way to start a Monday. Are we right?

P.S. this is a great reminder that having a strategy to weather the ups and downs of insta craziness is key AND getting followers to take a step off the app (hey, email lists) is the best way to protect your business.

We have a new mantra in our business: if it doesn’t require OUR expertise, we don’t do it. 🙅🏻‍♀️
