For us to live a joyful future the past must be forgiven.
Holding onto pain only creates more pain, internally and externally.
Are you holding onto pain.
Is it showing up as negative habits of self- sabotage.
Are you blaming everyone around you for the pain.
Or have you fully taken ownership. Ownership for your life and everything in it.
Pain can show up in many ways.
Whether it shows up as illness or anger, it will slowly but surely ruin your life.
In my experience the only way to improve the pain is through acceptance. Read that again.
Having been a coach for almost 25 years and working with hundreds if not thousands of people it's easy to see that emotional or physical trauma and pain, leads to weight gain, weight loss, self-sabotage, eating disorders and usually serious illness.
I can teach you how to eat healthy, show you how to strength train, count macros and understand calories in and calories out, etc. BUT if you do not first understand YOUR pain the results you get will be merely temporary.
In order to CHANGE permanently you must treat the cause of the problem not the symptoms.
Your mind is your greatest weapon and extremely underutilized by most people.
Why are you sabotaging yourself? What thought is it that is on a loop? And most importantly, where did it come from...and is it true?
I am creating a 12-week program to address these ideas in depth. We will be starting in the New Year. It will cover all aspects of the above and include the following and more:
💪How to strength train for YOUR life.
🥑Nutrition not a diet
🥋Balancing your Energy for Joy, Happiness & Fulfillment
💘How to build Emotional Intelligence & have better relationships

📱Weekly Live Calls and Support Via DM
.
If this resonated with you, send me a message or write in the comments "more info" and I will send you more details.
I will only be accepting 10 clients per 12-week program to make sure the program is delivered to you in such a way that it permeates into your subconscious, and more importantly that you are able to implement these teachings and start to see change in the first few weeks. Otherwise, what is the point?
