Hi everyone, Bob and I wanted to share a quick update with you all. ❤️

We believe that sometimes life sends you a gentle reminder to slow down and take care of what's most important. ❤️

For us, that reminder came as an unexpected health issue for me (Dang), which has caused us to pause our Eastern Sierra adventure and return home for a little while. 🏠

It’s been a journey of twists and turns, but one that has come with a powerful and timely message. I have written a very personal post about the experience and the important lesson I hope to share with our community. 🙏

Well, the road had a different plan for us. ❤️
We are pausing our Eastern Sierra trip and heading home to take care of an important personal health matter that needs our full attention.

While we're disappointed to be stepping away from the journey for now, we are full of hope and positivity! We will be sharing more details on our personal blog when we have an update for you, hopefully sometime next week.

The good news is, we have plenty of amazing Eastern Sierra content captured that we can't wait to share with you all, so the adventure will continue online! 📸

To the friends we were planning to meet up with, we're still hoping to see you. We will keep you directly informed if our plans change at the last minute.

The wait is over! 🥳 We're so excited to announce that the first video from our Eastern Sierra adventure is going LIVE this Labor Day morning!

Our new video, "June Lake: Family, Fishing & Fun!", will be available this Monday, September 1st, at 8 AM PT. 🏞️🎣

This video is a special one for us because we got to kick off our trip by spending time with part of our family! Join us as they come along for the adventure to a beautiful boondocking spot on Bald Mountain Road to explore the stunning June Lake Loop. The days were filled with hiking, fishing, off-roading, and lots of laughs.

We had so much fun on this part of the trip and can't wait to share this new chapter with you. We'll see you on YouTube on Monday morning!

Our Eastern Sierra adventure has taken us to new heights—literally! We're exploring the White Mountains at an elevation of over 10,000 feet, in a place that feels truly ancient and humbling. 🌲⛰️

We're camped at the beautiful Grandview Campground and have been exploring the incredible Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest. It's awe-inspiring to be in the presence of these trees, some of which are thousands of years old! We even went on a search for the famously ancient tree known as Methuselah—one of the oldest living things on Earth! 🗺️

Besides walking among these giants, we've also been hiking other beautiful trails surrounding the forest and did some fun 4x4 off-roading on the mountain roads. 🚙

This is a starkly beautiful and unforgettable landscape, and we're so excited to capture it all for our new video series. 🎥

Our Eastern Sierra journey has brought us to one of the most unique and fascinating landscapes on our trip so far: the incredible Mono Lake area! ✨

We made it just in time to enjoy the soft evening light on the famous tufa towers, and the view (like in this photo!) was absolutely breathtaking. This area has been packed with amazing adventures, and we've been busy exploring!

We found a quiet boondocking spot near Bridgeport to use as our home base, which was perfect for our adventures! 🏕️ From there, we spent a day stepping back in time with a tour of the amazing Bodie State Historic Park ghost town 👻, enjoyed a relaxing walk around the unique formations at the famous Travertine Hot Springs ♨️, and explored the charming town of Bridgeport itself.

There is so much history and geology to see. We're having a blast capturing it all for our new video series! 🎥

Hello from our next stop on the Eastern Sierra adventure! We've moved up the highway and have settled in at Pine Glen Campground in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, CA. 🌲

This area is incredible! Our big adventure here was the hike through Devils Postpile National Monument to the stunning Rainbow Falls—the powerful waterfall you see in this photo! 🏞️

We've also been enjoying the town itself, making a mandatory stop at Schat's Bakery for pastries and getting lucky enough to catch a local wine festival.

And speaking of adventures, we have exciting news! We are now working on the very first episode of our Eastern Sierra series, which will feature our time in June Lake. We hope to have it ready for you all next weekend!

We can't wait to start sharing this new journey with you.

Hello again from the road! Our Eastern Sierra journey has brought us to our next amazing stop: the beautiful Rock Creek area. 🏞️

We've settled into a new campsite and have been busy exploring! Our first day here was packed: we took a stunning hike, stopping at beautiful Marsh Lake (pictured here) before continuing up to Long Lake. We also visited the historic Rock Creek Lodge and discovered a new local spot for lunch, Miller & Son BBQ sauce brewing Co., where we enjoyed their famous blueberry pie! 😋

The next day, we took the truck out for some fun off-roading to explore a little deeper into the mountains.

We're absolutely loving the peaceful atmosphere and rugged scenery here. It's another part of this trip we are so excited to capture and share with you in our new video series!

The time has come... the grand finale of our epic Alaska adventure is here. 🏔️

Our final Alaska episode, #21, is scheduled to go LIVE tomorrow morning, Sunday, August 10th, at 8 AM PT!

It's a bittersweet moment for us as we complete our journey down the Alaska Highway, ending where most people begin: Dawson Creek, B.C. Join us as we explore the incredible curved wooden Kiskatinaw Bridge, visit the historic Walter Wright Pioneer Village, and finally, make our journey official at the iconic Mile 0 post.

It's the moment this whole trip has been leading up to, and we're so excited to bring our adventure full circle with you.

We want to extend a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has followed along. Your support and comments have meant the world to us on this long, incredible road. We'd love to hear from you: What was your favorite part of the Alaska series? Let us know in the comments!

Greetings from our next stop in the beautiful Eastern Sierra! 🌲

We've moved on and have settled into the lovely Upper Sage Flat Campground in Big Pine. The scenery here is just breathtaking! The main event so far has been a spectacular hike on the Big Pine Creek Trail—the spot in this photo is just a taste of how stunning the views are.

We've also enjoyed checking out the historic Glacier Lodge, exploring the charming town of Big Pine (and finding a unique little coffee shop!), and meeting some wonderful new friends here at the campground.

We are really loving the atmosphere of this area and can't wait to share more from this adventure in our upcoming videos!

Hello from the beautiful Eastern Sierra! 🌲

We've officially kicked off our summer/fall adventure and have settled into our first boondocking spot on Bald Mountain Road, right near June Lake. It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful out here!

The past few days have been wonderful, filled with quality family time and lots of our favorite outdoor activities—from hiking and fishing to a little off-roading and, of course, some delicious outdoor cooking!

We're having such a great time already and can't wait to capture all the moments to share with you in a full video from this trip.

And also, we are currently working on the grand finale of our Alaska series! We're excited to bring you that final chapter next weekend, so stay tuned for the official announcement.
